Call for Submissions:
Sexual Violence in Muslim-Minority Communities
We invite contributors to share their voices and perspectives on the critical issue of sexual violence within Muslim-minority communities. Our blog aims to foster community and conversation ongoing research, discussion, and support through original research, personal narratives, creative writing (essays, poems, etc.), or reflections; in accordance with this mission, we seek content that deepens understanding and encourages solidarity in these spaces.
To contribute, please send us a brief paragraph-long pitch along with a two-sentence bio to via the webform below. Once your pitch is received, we’ll follow up with clear parameters and work together to finalize your piece. Please note that blog posts are usually 850 and 1000 words long. We are open to publishing blog posts anonymously after consultation between the author(s) and the blog editors.
Our blog is a space for both contributors and readers to engage, find community, and support one another in the pursuit of healing and justice. This is an ongoing project, and while posts are not published on a regular schedule, we are always seeking fresh perspectives and voices to amplify.
